Advanced Cleaning Service, L.L.C. has been providing cleaning services throughout the Upper Cumberland since 1986.  Our company specializes in carpet cleaning, commercial janitorial, upholstery and Oriental rug cleaning, carpet stretching, HVAC duct cleaning, wood floor cleaning, polishing and refinishing, ceramic tile cleaning, and emergency water restoration.

The mission of Advanced Cleaning Service is to provide the highest quality cleaning services to our customers in the most professional manner possible.  To help us meet this goal, we hire employees that our customers would be happy to have in their homes and train them to be the best in the industry.

 Community Involvement

Advanced Cleaning Service is very active in the community.  We are a long-term member of the Cookeville-Area/Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.  We have been nominated for the Middle Tennessee Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics in Business. Our firm also donates much time and funding to non-profit groups and organizations.  We are a major sponsor for at least one major non-profit event a year and various smaller events benefiting such groups as the animal shelter, local libraries, local schools, and various local clubs.

Management Staff

Kristy Bilbrey is the Chief Operating Manager and majority firm member for Advanced Cleaning Service.  Ms. Bilbrey was raised in Cookeville and lives with her husband Kent in Monterey.  Ms. Bilbrey has a Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.   She has been an active leader and volunteer in the community for the last twenty years. 

Ms. Bilbrey plays an active role in the training and management of her employees.  She believes that the success of Advanced Cleaning Service over the past decade is due to the hard work and dedication of her key employees and the attention the employees pay to the details.   The firm has written procedures for each cleaning they provide.  The procedures for each process can be lengthy – running twenty to thirty steps per cleaning process.  The idea is that all employees do each service the same way each time so that our firm always provides the highest level of service possible. 

Assistant Managers In addition to Mrs. Bilbrey, Advanced Cleaning Service has Assistant Managers who help train new employees and perform quality checks on all our employees.    Each of our managers has been with the firm for over five years.  In fact, our key management team of five employees has over thirty five years of experience in the industry.

Working with Advanced Cleaning for over eight years has taught me a lot.  The way to keep good employees is to treat them well and work beside them.  This gains respect and trust.
