We clean over eighty building per night and have crews working 365 days per year. Kristy Conley Herr
Chief Operating Manager
Kristy Conley Herr is the Chief Operating Manager and majority firm member for Advanced Cleaning Service. Kristy lives in Baxter with her husband, Chris and their son, Trever. Kristy has a Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. She is also active in the community and currently serves as Vice President of the Storyteller Theatre Company. Ms. Herr has served on the Better Business Bureau Board of Directors, Putnam County Library Board, and TTU Angelo Volpe Library Board. She is the past President of the Friends of the Appalachian Craft Center of Tennessee (FACCT), the past President and Founder of Friends of Genesis House, past Secretary of Leadership Putnam Alumni Association, past member of the Vocational Advisory Counsel for the Putnam County Schools, past Examiner for the Tennessee Quality Award and past Co-Chairman of the Regional Quality Council.
Chris Herr
Residential Service Manager
Chris Herr is Advanced Cleaning Service’s Residential Service Manager. He has worked for Advanced Cleaning Service for twenty years. He is a trained IICRC journeyman. (The IICRC is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.) Chris manages all of Advanced Cleaning Service’s residential services including carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, rug cleaning, and water restoration. You will see Chris leading a crew at your home, giving customer estimates, or checking up on our employees on the job.
Chris is a native of Wisconsin and a huge Green Bay Packer fan. He and his wife, Kristy live in Baxter with their son, Trever. Along with Chris, Advanced Cleaning Service has several highly trained floor technicians. They are trained on our proprietary cleaning procedures and go through a rigorous training, background and drug testing, and bonding procedures.
Tyler Dunn
Operations Manager for Janitorial Services
Tyler Dunn is Advanced Cleaning Service’s Operations Manager for Janitorial Services. Tyler has a background in operations and an accounting degree from Tennessee Technological University. Tyler ensures that all of our sites are meeting our rigorous quality standards. He is in charge of training and quality checking for our firm. Tyler has been with Advanced Cleaning Service for more than seven years and is a valuable asset to our firm. Tyler is a coffee aficionado and lives with his wife Anna in the area.
Lora Jones
Office Manager
Lora Jones is the Office Manager at Advanced Cleaning Service and is celebrating her ninth year with the company. Her job includes wearing many hats to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her favorite part of the job is talking with her customers (as she considers herself a people person). She loves talking to new clients and helping them with whatever problems they’re facing. Lora enjoys sewing, cooking for friends and family, and most importantly, taking care of her grandbabies.
